The 28th UAE CSI Youth Conference was held on Friday, 29th September at the Musaffah Marthoma Parish Hall from 8.00 am, hosted by the Youth Movement of the CSI Parish Abu Dhabi. The theme for the year was "Upgrade to 5G" based on Matthew 28:18-20.
The theme was presented by Rev. Jijo Varghese (Youth Chaplain for Dubai & Sharjah Marthoma Parishes) with around 300 youth members from various UAE CSI Parishes in attendance. The Presidential address was delivered by Rev. Lalji M. Philip, Vicar Abu Dhabi Parish.
The day was eventful with Theme presentation, Praise & Worship, Singing Sessions, Group Activities, Business Session, Photo session and also the youth members sharing fellowship, joining in a sumptuous lunch. The presence of Rev. Raju Jacob, (Dubai), Rev. Sunil Raj Philip (Sharjah) and Rev. Charles M. Jeril (Jebel Ali) was a blessing for the event.
Noble Sam Prince and Bibin Jacob Mathew were selected as our representatives in the UAE Youth Movement Committee for 2023.
Teji Jacob, the 28th UAE Youth conference convenor handed over the Conference flag to Sachin Saji Mathew, the convenor for the next edition of the conference to be hosted in Dubai. 22 youth members from our parish attended the event.
