Application for membership

  • Attach Letter from Mother Parish stating that the applicant is a member of the Parish and has paid all dues till date.
  • Attach Passport copy as attachment to Head of The Family (Front page with photograph, Visa and Address pages).
  • Attach Emirates ID copy as attachment to Head of The Family.
  • Fill Mandataory fields for Family and Members of the Family like Emirates ID (National ID: 1).
